This group are committed to increasing sales and distribution into Spar and PnP Family stores.
This requires an enormous amount of energy , along with a can do attitude.


The ideal candidate will be required to do the following:
Work in the trade to achieve daily targets.
Follow a route list and sell our products to store managers and store owners.
Ensure all KPI’s are met daily
Ensure all stores have stock on the shelf, merchandised correctly without exception


We would like someone with the following attributes:
Has good sales experience
Is able to influence people to get things done
Understands the workings of Spar and PnP.
Has good attention to detail
Can work under pressure
Doesnt take no for an answer and understands thats when the work begins.
