What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Dating sector. All duties would take place in this context:

* Visit public places to discretely canvass highly exceptional woman to join the dating service.
* By highly exceptional, we mean attractive, smart, educated, and with sound personalities.
* Visit trade shows, conferences, universities, night clubs, malls, restaurants, yoga, Pilates, gym, dance studios etc… Basically any place where attractive intelligent women hang out.
* Present the value proposition of the dating service to these woman and get them signed up.
* Do the same for high profile men (There is a bit more strategy to this which will be discussed).

Key Job Deliverables:

* Scout new ladies (top 2%) to join the dating service
* Scout high profile men to join dating service
* Manage sign-up and psychometric assessment process

Background work experience:

* 2 years Face-to-face sales interactions or promotions
* 2 years Persuading people to purchase products
* 3 years facebook/twitter exposure
* Adv: Exposure to online dating

Personality Summary:

Location: Fourways, Johannesburg
Salary: Market Related. Basic in the Range of 120K to 180K per annum. Car allowance included in the basic salary. Additional commissions will be paid for performance.
