Job specification Mixer Bag Sales Representative.

Job purpose
To manage the mixer bag site with the emphasis on promoting and expanding sales.

Job Duties
To promote and develop the sales of mixer bags
(Mainly retail outlets such as building material suppliers.)
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
• Expand the customer base by identifying potential customers
• Increase the sales significantly from the present level.

Manage the bagging yard
• Supervise the employees filling bags
• Ensure an efficient production line that can achieve the required volumes
• Proactive planning with regard to stock levels of bags and mixer materials.
• Control of production costs to achieve an optimal ratio of cost per bag and volumes.
Proactively plan and manage the delivery of mixer bags to customers
• Well planned delivery routing and supervision of the Driver.
• Responsible maintenance of the delivery truck
• Proactive resourcing of delivery alternatives to meet increased sales.

The mixer bag operation has administrative support from with regard to managing the debtors, creditors, financial reporting and technical support on the production side when required.

Education:
Matric with maths / accounting and preferably a business / sales related certificate or diploma.

Experience:
Sales with the responsibility of meeting challenging sales targets
Exposure to the sales of building materials will be an advantage.

Salary: R12.000.00 plus car and fuel.
