Purpose:
The main responsibility of this role is to provide support for the NSM and structure for the sales reps for them to achieve their sales targets.

Responsibilities
• To support the sales manager and sales team in achieving the sales target.
• Planning routes and pre-booking rep accommodation.
• Managing and paying out ad hoc sales incentives and Rep of the Month.
• Updating and sending out the daily flash report.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the tracker system(Honeybee).
• Loading the reps route lists onto the system for each 20-day cycle.
• Ensuring all lock down stores are loaded and included in the 20-day cycle.
• All new customers to be added to the route list and added to the tracker system.
• Manage and monitor the reps through tracker system (Honeybee)
• Track and report any deviations on Honeybee to the National Sales Manager (NSM)
• Looking at all photos and creating an album to be shared at the monthly sales meet-ing
• Tracking the “Perfect Store” by rep.
• Monitoring the sales team throughout the day and communicating to the NSM infor-mation that will improve the team’s performance.
• Updating and sending out the daily flash report.
• Ensure the Rep Packs are ready for the monthly sales meeting
