Minimum Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required • MS Office Suite with sound working knowledge
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a retail environment and related position
• Strong Business Acumen
• Strong leadership and people management ability
• Valid Driver’s License
• Matric or equivalent NQF 4

Summary of Position / Duties • Manage the operations team in terms of delivery against client expectation
• Oversee process and procedure if followed in line with Client / Company requirement
• Scheduling and planning the team
• Monthly checks i.e. compliance /time sheets
• Drive successful Trade visits
• Client interfacing and presenting
• Achieve set monthly budgets
• Relationship building
