Seeking a vibrant and outgoing individual for a Junior Sales and Marketing position based in Durban, Glenwood. We are looking to add an extremely reliable and bubbly individual into our loud and fun working environment. The ideal candidate will be groomed into a leadership position and will get the opportunity to lead their own sales team where they will recieve overrides and commission based on the success of their team.

If you have a Valid Matric Certificate/NQF4 and a South African ID you are already halfway there!

Position Description -

- Approach New clients on a Daily basis
- Ability to memorize simple sales pitch and product knowledge
- Meet Weekly Sales Targets
- Build Relationships with clients
- Desire to work towards Franchise Ownership through reaching targets consistently
- Junior staff get the opportunity to promote themselves into leadership positions within their first few weeks in the business
- Must learn the basis of the position before Promoting
- In house, Fair Promotion System
- Will receive training and manuals

Essentials :
Customer Service Orientated
Some Sales Experience (Non essential as we do provide training)
Ability to travel to our office 5 days a week (Public or own)
Relationship Builder (Good Leader)
