As an Area Sales Representative your duties will be to:
• Find and develop new customers in your area as per agreed targets per month
• Keep customer records up to date as per company standards
• Complete required sales reports
• Service existing customers
• Make prospect phone calls
• Introduce new products and encourage customers to broaden their range of products
• Assist in the maintenance of credit facilities and collections

Candidate Requirements
The successful Area Sales Representative must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 2 years sales experience with in the metal industry
• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
• Valid driver’s license with no endorsements
• Outgoing and approachable; good at interacting with others and building relationships with a wide range of people.
• Discerning, inquisitive and like to ask good questions; and then match good solutions to people's problems.
• Organised, with good attention to detail and will take pride in working to a professional standard.
• Fluent English speaker
• Keen to master the essential skills set in sales that could lead to a management career with the Company
• Clear credit and criminal history
• South African Citizen
• Have access to a telephone / 3G at home.
• Candidate MUST live in the Centurion, Midrand or Olifantsfontein areas.
• Valid Drivers License
