Duties:
Achieve sales targets as defined by Sales Manager
Ensure thorough knowledge on all products
Maintain regular customer call cycle
Develop excellent customer relationships
Ensure thorough knowledge of competitor environment
Ensure products optimally displayed in stores and in-store branding is optimized
Training of store staff to ensure they are well placed to promote our brands
Assist customers independently and pro-actively eliminating necessity for matters to be escalated where possible
Develop good understanding of customer needs and their decision factors
Grow existing business and identify potential opportunities within existing customers to broaden product range
Keep up to speed with store developments and monitor the market for development opportunities
Conclude sales within given authority levels
Ongoing development of new business
