PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
To sell organisational products and services and to provide advice and support related to transactional sales execution, improving operational quality and turnaround time through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.

SALES :
Utilise allocated vendor and or client lists to mine new sales opportunities in addition to proactively identifying opportunities for up selling
Utilise a variety of tools and methods such as calling, telephonic meetings, email correspondence and to present offerings to clients
Engage clients telephonically, utilising provided prospect lists in a systemic, planned & organised manner in order to sell organisational offerings
Use educational opportunities optimally in order to sell organisational offerings in an effective manner with the aim to achieve identified targets
Articulate organisation value proposition in relation to client needs and escalate more complex requirements to the most appropriate internal sales channel
Provide quotes and associated supportive sales documentation as well as completed and accurate sales orders to effectively close sale deals
Broaden the org. footprint in existing and new clients by offering solutions and services in alignment with client requirements and needs
Perform calculations correctly and capture associated orders accurately on internal systems
Utilise identified and approved sales tools & methodologies to manage account opportunities, pipelines and associated forecasting efforts


KNOWLEDGE :
Matric or equivalent NQF
3-5 years sales experience
MS Excel & Word
