Our client requires the service of a Sales Representative to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned geographical area by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.

Key performance areas:

? Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned geographical area to generate new business of the organizations products.
? Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
? Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
? Researches and analyses sources for developing prospective customers
? Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
? Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
? Plans and organises personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the geographical area.
? Keeps abreast of products applications, market conditions, competitive advertising, advertising and promotional trends.

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric
? At least 2 years’ experience in Food Services Industry
? At least 2 years’ experience in Sales Representative
? Good verbal and written communication skills
? Knowledge in retail and food services
? Computer literacy (MS Office, especially MS Excel)
? Good Interpersonal and communication Skills
? Result orientated
? Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
? Adapting and responding to change
? Following instructions and procedures
? Good telephone skills
? Problem-Solving Skills
