Responsibilities:

To establish and maintain excellent relationships with construction companies, engineering consultants, architects and quantity surveyors
To detail and advise these people as to why they should use our product
Implement all marketing strategies
Meet sales goals and objectives assigned by the Sales Manager
Communicating new opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to the Sales Manager
Update and maintain all customer records and ensure continuous improvement of the client database
Control and manage expenses
Ensure that targets are achieved and that the company generates new business through constant customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Experience:
Matric
Knowledge of MS Office - proficient in Excel and Outlook
A valid drivers license
Sales Rep 1 to 2 years
Self-motivated and self-disciplined
Strong work ethic
Be able to convince clients about the benefits of using our product and provide solutions to clients
Attention to detail selling skills
Problem solving decision-making skills
Ability to think on ones feet and not to rely on parrot type detailing
Knowledge of the area is very important
Ability to plan and work independently
Experience selling to the construction industry will be an advantage.
