Job Purpose Statement

To source and develop sales opportunities to secure new clients for the Company. To increase income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, and managing sales of the Company’s services by offering innovative solutions to meet the Client’s needs.

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:
• Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and driven;
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Has an analytical mind with problem solving aptitude;
• Experience or keen interest in Digital Technologies, Media, Internet, Publishing, Software, Sales & Marketing.
• Proven Sales Experience with a track record of achieving;
• Strong organizational and self-development ability;
• Has excellent time management skills and pays attention to detail;
• Computer use competency, Reporting Skills, Effective Writing Skills, Customer Focus, Professionalism, Microsoft Office Skills;
• Can work in a pressurized and controlled environment – independently and as part of a Team;

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities for the services that is provided;
• Get the Sale by using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.);
• Forecast sales and develop innovative strategies to achieve these results;
• Proactively seek improved outcomes;
• Evaluate customer requirements and identify the sales opportunity;
• Build productive, long-lasting relationships with the customers;
• Meet sales targets;
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads;
• Research marketing trends to keep abreast of the latest developments;
• Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data;
• Maintain and expand client database;
• Understand pricing structure and all available services that the company offers;
• Control and manage Quoting for Sales Department through to approval, payment and handover.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Assistant to manage all Client Briefs and consistent work quality.
• Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
• Prepare sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
