A very reputable, well known company seeks a dedicated Sales Consultant to operate in their Sales department. The ideal candidate must be able to increase the companies customer base, create leads, meet targets, increase sales, be highly organized and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Primary Functions for this position (include but are not limited to);

1. Meet the annual sales target set by the Regional Sales Manager/ National Sales Manager
a. New Business Only / repeat business – non- contractual
b. Follow the Sales Funnel Process

2. Preparation of Quotations/Proposals with Quote Program and Sales Tool Kit
a. Keep abreast on all technical aspects of the product/solution
b. Complete Site survey forms

3. Project handovers
a. Follow the correct handover process
b. Handover meetings
c. Follow the project from start to completion

4. Reporting
a. Diary Management/ Weekly planning in advance
b. Accurate Pipeline Reporting/ Weekly
c. Accurate Forecast Reporting/ daily
d. Activity Reporting/ Weekly
e. CRM system/ daily

5. Attend all sales meetings, one on one sessions and relevant Sales Funnel Training
Objectives/milestones to be accomplished in 6 months;
• To be discussed and set on successful employment.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Matric or Higher;
• Marketing Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification;
• Computer Literate, Excellent MS Office experience;
• Presentation skills;
• Minimum 5 years of Sales experience within B2B environment;
• Proven track record – Minimum of 5 years at one employer in the sales environment – similar role.;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Excellent Time Management;
• Valid Driver’s License;
• No criminal record;
• Medically Fit.
