Sales Representative

The company specializes in the Manufacturing of Steel Construction, Chutes and Piping, Specialized Welding, Conveyor and Material Handling Access Platforms, Ladders, Gratings and many types of Underground Trailers.
We are looking for a results driven Business Development/Sales Representative to be part of our Team.

Requirements:

• Proven track record with 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales Role in a Mining or Industrial Environment
• Must have a technical aptitude
• Target driven with a passion for Sales achievement in a competitive industry
• Proficiency with MS Office Packages ( High Level of Excel Proficiency Required)
• Excellent interpersonal skills

The following will be to your advantage:
• Technical and/or Sales and Marketing and/or Business Related Qualification
• Project Management Qualification (Advantageous)

Key Performance Areas
Business Development/Sales

• Identifying opportunities for business development by conducting effective market research and analysis including products, services, strategic partnerships and sectors to support business growth plans
• Ensure quality relationships with current and new customers by providing excellent service, such that it leads to the company being the supplier of choice.
• Planning and preparing quality customer specific presentations.
• Establishing productive, professional relationship with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
