We are seeking to recruit a Sales/Senior Sales Executive for a newly created role across our flagship portfolio of financial services. This is a dream opportunity for a talented Sales Executive to sell a range of financial, insurance and medical aid products and opportunities in partnership with one of the most respected and longstanding professional bodies in South Africa.

THE ROLE
You will be required to promote leading class financial products on behalf of the company and gain a good understanding of the day to day operations of the business. Once you have promoted yourself to trainer we will teach and train you how to coach and develop other people who will form part of your team. Starting off as a sales executive you have the opportunity to promote yourself to ownership and run your own franchise on behalf of the company. We will provide you with daily leads and you will work from referrals in an exciting and high energy environment.
THE CANDIDATE
• Due to the newly created nature of this role, prior agency sales experience is a pre-requisite.
• Driven, creative and possessing an enthusiastic and passionate attitude to your work.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing), with first-rate organisational and time-management abilities.
• An interest in the finance sector would be advantageous, but is not essential for this role.
