We are a local company manufacturing and supplying a natural skin care range. Due to excellent market penetration we are seeking a Sales/Service Representatives for the Gauteng region of our business.
We are looking for an individual to open new business as well as service our existing business base. You will service existing accounts within the leisure and tourism, retail, pharmacy, cosmetic and sporting industry etc. A large part of the position requires extensive travel for approximately 2 weeks of the month away from home. From time to time you may be required to undertake a trip to the Limpopo/Mpumalanga area as well.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years Sales Representative and customer service experience with good traceable track record.
Strong closing skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Must be an effective cold caller to source new business.
Attention to detail and sense of urgency
Able to handle pressure and deal with difficult clients.
Excellent communication skills and etiquette (English)
Strong team player, with the ability to build and foster relationships, as well as develop new business.
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers.
Understand and identify customer problems and solve all queries in a pleasant and professional manner.
Be driven and able to work without constant supervision but must be willing to follow direction given by Management.
Handle customer, queries, compliments and complaints.
Having a solid B2B sales/service track record will be of benefit.
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business
Must have own reliable transport
May be required to do the occasional deliveries of our range
Merchandising experience an advantage as this will also form part of your service role.
In store promotions, may also be undertaken

Salary will be market related.
