My client is looking for a Sales: SMEs Conversions & Gas to sell conversion kits to SMEs in close proximity of their filling stations in Langlaagte,

1. Must be a young individual with own vehicle.
2. Must come from the Used Car Sales background or similar.
3. Well spoken with strong Communications skills.
4. Strong Computer skills including reporting.
5. Well groomed.
6. Min of Matric required.
7. Proven sales record.

KPIs and Commission Structure

1. Salary R8- R15k. Must sell 10 kits per month to get a salary of R15 000 (R1500 per kit).
2. Commission of R1500 per kit sold at normal cost. For example:
a. 11 kits per month: you get 1 x R1500 Commission.
b. 15 kits per month: you get 5 x R1500 Commission.

3. Ensure a min of 80 vehicles running on sold kits fill a minimum of 44 000 litres per month. If they use over and above the 44 000 per litres then he will get a commission of R0.07 cents per litre. If 80 vehicles use 54 000 litres per monh the the commission is 54 000 – 44 000= 10 000 * R0.07 cents = R700 commission.
4. Target sales within 3 months is to sell 100 kits using a min of 55 000 litres .
