Are you a BSc or BTech graduate interested in getting into Sales? Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Solutions Specialist to join their sales team based in their Cape Town Office. Reporting to the Division Manager, you will form part of a team selling imported laboratory equipment and consumables into Africa.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:
-Achieve sales targets.
-Dealing with existing clients and new clients who contact the Company.
-Establishing and developing relationships with the clients.
-Taking specifications from the client, researching the products required and correlating these to the products sold by the Company and developing a quotation for the client.
-Following up with the clients.
-Update and maintain the customer database.
-The willingness to travel internationally when required.

Requirements:
-Bachelor of Science degree or similar B Tech degree. Majors in microbiology, biochemistry, chemical pathology or genetics will be advantageous as well as experience in working with laboratory equipment.
-A good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. English is the primary business language.
-Possess high levels of self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team.
-Valid Passport
