Leading manufacturer, wholesaler and distributor of flooring products based in Cape Town are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their team
Experience within a similar environment is essential and industry knowledge is required

Key areas of focus include:
Achieve sales targets through sales team.
Ensure thorough knowledge on all products
Maintain regular customer call cycle of key accounts
Ensure thorough knowledge of competitor environment
Training of store staff to ensure they are well placed to promote our brands
Assist customers independently and pro-actively eliminating necessity for matters to be escalated where possible
Develop good understanding of customer needs and their decision factors
Grow existing business and identify potential opportunities within existing customers to broaden product range
Sales growth by 25% required for 2015
Keep up to speed with store developments and monitor the market for development opportunities
Conclude sales within given authority levels
Ongoing development of new business
Thorough product knowledge essential
In store promotions

Education and experience required
Matric – Not negotiable
Tertiary Qualification will be beneficial
Own reliable transport essential
Working Experience
In depth knowledge of laminate, wood and vinyl flooring products
