Required experience:
• Minimum level of education: Matric
• At least 1+ year relevant sales experience within a car sales environment.
• Must be able to speak English and one other language.
• Sound knowledge of the motor industry.
• Computer literate.
Job Description and Duties:
We are an established second hand car-dealership with 6 existing branches. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record with at least 1 year successful sales experience in the Auto industry. The candidate must have the self-discipline to ensure that all possible leads have been followed up and that after sales service is provided to the client. The candidate must have the initiative to achieve more than the minimum sales requirements. The candidate must be able to complete tasks without constant supervision.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis.
• Keep up-to-date with daily sale figures and personal targets.
• Assisting customers with answering queries or concerns.
• Exceed customers’ expectations at every interface.
• Being vigilant at all times and help minimize lead loss.
• Follow up on customer requests and queries, in conjunction with the Branch Manager.
• Follow through on sale after delivering vehicle.
• Keep customer informed throughout the sales process.
• Use of VMG System to prepare invoices and create orders.
