Job Description:
A global multi-level marketing corporation that develops, markets, and sells nutrition supplements, weight management, sports nutrition, and personal-care products are looking for someone who can assist them with planning, organizing and coordinating of Distributor and staff logistics for all regional events

Duties include but are not limited to:

Assist to compile RFP docs, including special events, transoporation and ground services

Prepare RFP review docs

Establish relationship with event suppliers

Compilation of internal event communications (Playbooks, contact lists and on site event binders)

Create and maintain event support docs

Venue research

Sourcing giveaways and deliverables for events

Supports events team with TAF’s, travel arrangements, flight arrangements, transfers and hotel accommodation

University graduate / Business diploma

Experience in event managment
