Sales Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Managing and leading a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly and annual targets 2. Analysing and tracking daily, weekly and monthly performance of sales team
3. Coaching and giving effective feedback to ensure the sales team reached sales targets
4. Assisting management with the monthly planning of sales agents and campaigns

Requirements
• Completed degree
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Excellent ability to drive results through others
• Excellent communication skills
• Grooming in a sales environment with a track record of managing teams and improving sales results 8 - 10 years working experience.
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet
• Administration / report writing experience (advantageous)
