SALES SUPPORT CLERK(PASTEL EVOLUTION), KEMPTON PARK(POMONA), R18 000, CV TO

• Grade 12
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• 5 years’ experience as a Sales hunter to acquire new business
• Maintain and grow existing client base and smaller accounts, by building long-term relationships
• Must have Pastel Evolution experience

Skills required:
• Must be well spoken in English, read and write (additional languages will be an advantage but not essential)
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with people
• Computer literate
• Must have Pastel Evolution experience
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Must physically fit
• Must be able to prioritise and plan day to day activities
• Must be able to work in a stress environment
• Must be able to take initiative
• Must be able to work on your own and as part of a team

The job portfolio will include the following KPA’s:
• Handling and communicating of sales queries between sales, operations and related departments.
• Promoting specials to new and existing customers by use of social and related media.
• Analytical duties of sales orders and ordering trends.
• Intercommunication to Sales Manager and sales staff in the field.
• Managing all sales administrational requirements.
• Assisting with handmade samples/mock-ups.
• Arranging sample packs for reps as and when needed.
• Do customer surveys and communicate through to Sales Department.
• Coordinating samples between factory/reps/customers.
• Create a file base for all customers in soft and hard copy.
• Coordinate all ISO requirements from reps onto server.
• Managing, updating and creating of spec sheets for new products.
• Assisting Sales with stock management reports and communication with Procurement Department.
• General administration and sales assistance.
• Prepare accurate quotations for clients, as well as follow-up the complete sales process for the client.
• Provide admin and telephonic support to national sales team.
• Must be target driven and self-motivated and a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Must possess sound planning, organizational and time management abilities.
• Attending to walk-in customers as required by the processing department.
• Replenishing of samples in the boardroom
• Follow up with Dispatch on deliveries.
• Managing customer complaints and contacting customers directly.
• Issue replacement stock for customer complaints and arranging collection of faulty stock
