Balamory Investments is a financial services business based in Stellenbosch and is looking to appoint a sales support consultant to join our team.
We are a dynamic, innovative and high performance FSP, committed to the value of independent intermediated advice and to long-term relationships with our clients.
As an integral part of the team, your primary focus will be to work with the portfolio managers and advisors being the interface between themselves and the various suppliers to reach business objectives in a dynamic, innovative and high performance business.
The role is a permanent full time position, residing in the Helderberg area preferably.
Competencies:
• Experience in production of documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Effective client service and relationship skills including the ability to modify approach to meet the needs of the client.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of the products and services offered by business.
• Ability to network effectively with staff of suppliers and maintain effective working relationship.
• Excellent overall communication abilities including interpersonal effectiveness and ability to modify approach to suit various audiences. (face to face, written and telephonically)
• Strong time management and follow up ethic.
• Multi-tasking
• Effective administration skills
• Ability to support a team of financial advisors, portfolio managers and VIP clients
Minimum Requirements:
• Matric.
• B.Com or NQF 6 Financial Planning certificate equivalent qualification.
• CFP - or studying towards it is highly advantageous.
• Computer Literacy skills
• No criminal record
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English
• Previous experience in similar environment

Salary: R 8 000 per month (depending on qualifications)
