Job title: Sales & Operation Support

Working hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday Remuneration: NEG

Reports to: Sales Director
Supervises: none
Works with: Sales Director
Size of the work team: 5
Candidate will be working in a small team and will perform the following:
• Manage Sales and Operational pipeline.
• Manage the customer’s requirements through dedicated pre and post Sales service.
• Sales and administrative support to Sales director
• Operational support to photographers, design & production team.

Duties & responsibilities:
• Scheduling and attending Sales appointments with Marketing Directors, Business Owners, Managing Directors of appropriate companies.
• Preparation of Marketing Material such as Mailers, Website updates,
• Manage the Social Media aspect internally with the Social Team
• Preparing post meeting communication, quotations and appropriate follow up
• Website and Media liason
• Manage local CBD Field Sales logistics
• Attend Networking and Industry events, conferences and expo’s to promote as a Brand Ambassador and Lead generator
• After Sales - regular follow up with the customer and provide technical product information such as ensuring all steps have been taken by the client post delivery. In addition you will also liaise with the Customers and internal or 3rd party web administrators to ensure a smooth delivery.
• Internal – regular and timely communication with all departments. Sales, Photography, Social Media, PPC, Design and Production regarding Customer requirements and ensuring a smooth delivery so that customer’s expectations are exceeded.
• Weekly and Monthly Reporting to Sales Director

Prior experience:
At least 2 years + of work experience in preferably in a Digital Agency environment or Client support position preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Production or Photographic services.

Technical skills required:.
Working knowledge of Social Media, Digital marketing and in particular Google Maps, Online Marketing
Knowledge Virtual Tour Software and applications


Language skills required:
Fluent English essential. Afrikaans fluent is also beneficial.


Physical requirements:

You must be physically capable to drive, ride and/or walk each day without difficulty or pain.

Legal requirements:

South African citizens. Foreign nationals with outstanding and highly relevant experience and correct Visa status will be considered.
