Sales Team Leader required IMMEDIATELY. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in the same or a similar role in a sales environment

R12 500 per month + commission

Requirements:
•Matric
•Must have own vehicle
•Is required to roam between branches in and around Cape Town
•Needs to be able to work independently
•Must be ITC, Experian clear and criminal clear

Duties:
•Will report to a National Branch Manager
•Implement team goals and objectives
•Supervise, train and guide team members
•Provide effective feedback
•Manage remote teams
•Be able to communicate efficiently- both written and verbally
•Be able to meet targets and handle a high pressured environment
•Have effectual time and project management skills
•Be able to lead and manage teams
