We need a goal driven PEOPLE’S PERSON to lead, manage, motivate and organise a team to its maximum potential by effectively achieving sales targets whilst ensuring quality standards are adhered to at all times.

The ideal candidate preferably has previous call centre management experience, is proactive, has strong work ethics, leadership and coaching skills, and is a focused, punctual, self-motivated team player who has a HIGH tolerance for stress.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your team, including measuring, developing, motivating, coaching and performance management with focus on reaching and exceeding team targets while ensuring quality standard are adhered to.

Employment Start Date: As soon as possible
Employment Type: Permanent (3 month probation)
Remuneration: Within company salary bands. Experience dependent.
Work Hours: Monday to Thursday 10am – 8pm, Friday 08h00 – 15h00 and two Saturdays 8am -2pm. Flexibility in
this regard will be required)Flexible to work extra hours (when required) - Must be prepared to work additional hours and
support the campaign as and when reasonable required to do so by the business

Requirements:

Minimum educational qualification:
• Senior Certificate (or equivalent) – Essential
• FAIS regulatory exams passed will be preferrable.
• Leadership and/or management qualification – preferrable

Experience:
• Previous Team Leader experience in an outbound sales call center environment will be advantageous.
• Relevant experience with Microsoft Office - must be competent in MS Excel and Outlook.

• Duties as per Team Leader Job Description.
• Accountable for team’s performance.
• Develop and execute sales plans at team level.
• Maintaining and enhancing all quality standards within the department;
• Responsible for coaching and development of the team.
• Performance management and coaching including:
I. Review the teams/individuals performance and feedback results
II. Responsible for the coaching and development of the team to reach targets.
III. Identify opportunities to develop skills and create Personal Development Plans.
IV. Set daily and weekly targets for the team and each member.
• General administration duties and reporting.
• Motivate staff.
• Adherence to company policies
