To take young new recruits and teach them the ins and outs of our industry. We are not necessarily looking for someone with training and sales experience, but more of an individual who is a culture fit. We value your drive for success and your love for people and a desire to lead your own Sales and Marketing team. As I mentioned, Sales experience is not essential, we will train you in terms of the sales aspects you will need to master before going on to training and leading your own team. To gain understanding and grasp the sales side of the business is necessary in order for you to duplicate these skills into your team. About the role…
The Sales and Marketing team is looking for the right individuals with leadership qualities who we can coach and develop in terms of our systems and products, etcetera and then in time you would go on to train and lead your own Sales and Marketing team. There is massive opportunity for growth here. The sky is the limit! We will provide all the necessary tools and manuals you require to become successful future business owners.
