Sales, Training and Customer Care Consultant within the IT Industry in Pretoria-East area
Salary – R15 000.00 – R18 000.00 per month Basic + Commission + Company Vehicle + other benefits

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Excellent working knowledge of Internet Browsers, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Good knowledge and experience of:
o Speedpoint (POS - Point of Sales) and training
o National Credit Act
o FICA background
• Strong Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Hardware (A+ or similar)
• A+ will be to your advantage
• 3 - 4 Years Customer Care experience
• BCom or similar Degree will be an advantage
• Valid Drivers’ Licence
• Extensive travelling (1 week local and 1 week out of town)
• Highly energetic individual who prefers working “on the road” as opposed to an office environment
• PC Hardware & Operating Systems (set up, troubleshooting & operation)

MAIN PURPOSE:
• Conducting Sales Presentation in line with sales methodologies
• Install and Train clients on all products and services offered
• Focus on Client service and ensure all interaction with clients is conducted in an efficient and professional manager
• Increase the amount of transactions being processed by clients, by selling benefits of systems
• Perform all Job functions in line and according to the Standard Operating Procedures for the Sales and Customer Care Department
