Job Responsibilities:
The position is a full time position in a fast-paced environment requiring organizational and exceptional sales skills.

Working in a team and following the training program that has been put in place by the company

Managing the delivery of training and development programmes

Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees and giving relevant feedback to allow the trainees to move onto the next level.

Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses

The Sales Trainee Manager is responsible for the continued development of the sales training program with the goal to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales force.

Through continuous collaboration with sales management, the candidate will follow the training programs to maximize the sales team and revenue potential.

Key Skills Required:

Maintaining a strong technical understanding of the company’s products, services, and sales techniques

A demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and within a collaborative team oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making.

Detail- oriented with a strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.

A proven ability to motivate, manage and lead others towards a common goal.
