We are not just looking for people who have a flair for sales, but more importantly someone who has the capabilities to teach and train, and an individual who can be groomed into a leadership position. We as a company have been established for 21 years and we have a successful system and infrastructure in place… Upon starting with us, it would take about 4-6 weeks to get familiar with our products, systems etc and then we will coach you in terms of learning the skill of training; providing you with the necessary manuals and support, and then you will begin building up and training your own team of sales individuals.
We as a company understand that the sales sector can be a challenge, that’s why we are looking for go-getters, people who aren’t willing to give up. Your earnings potential is huge. You earn off your own individual sales; off the sales of the individuals you have been responsible for training; a recurring income on your existing clients; as well as performance and attendance bonuses. For the position you need to have a minimum of a Matric or the equivalent qualification. Candidates must be emotionally mature and have a sense of independence as we promote a work environment where individuals are not micro-managed. You need to also be living in the Durban area.
