A very well-established company located in Sandton is seeking experienced sales consultants to join their dynamic and ever growing team.

All salaries are well above market related and we pay per sale that you do on top of your basic.

This will be the selling of either insurance policies, or cosmetic and beauty products to already qualified hot leads.

Our consultants do not do cold calling, maintain or build a database, or even need to find clients, all of this will be done by another department.

Sales are all about commission and that is where salesman makes their big bucks, with us you will work mainly on commission but we will pay you a basic of R5500-00 just to provide a bit of security, the rest is all up to you!!! Why would you not want to be in a position to write your own paycheque?

Targets need to be met and current consultants make an average of R36 000-00 per month (incl basic) and top 20 sellers are in the R80 000-00 range (Nett per month).

This is our uncapped structure with zero claw-backs at work!

We provide a training programme that runs for a minimum of 9 weeks, where we will give you the sales tools that you need to be great. (This is paid in-house training at R2500-00 per week)

If you know that you can sell, you have excellent communication skills and you are a bubbly people’s person, you are exactly what we are looking for!


Minimum Requirements

Matric
Clear of ITC or judgements
2 to 4 years sales experience
A qualification will be advantageous

(If you do NOT meet these minimum requirements your application will not be considered.)

If you do not have the relevant experience in sales we will still consider your application if you are willing to work hard and apply what we teach you during training.
