Fund Managers is looking for an experienced Data Administrator to take responsibility for the maintenance and integrity of all Institutional Business (CIB) data requirements. The ideal candidate will love working with data, be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks, be efficient and have strong attention to detail.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  1. Take ownership of the CIB Client Database and CRM system (Sales Force)
  2. Ensure integrity of all fund, client and activity data
  3. Complete clean-up and maintenance of existing system data
  4. Weekly and monthly reporting & completion of standard task list
  5. Development and maintenance of Institutional Business MIS Reporting
  6. Work closely with the CIB team and the Information Systems (IS) team to develop and enhance Sales Force to meet the needs of the team
  7. Campaign management & client correspondence: this includes taking ownership of the data extract and electronic transmission of campaigns and client correspondence via Sales Force and PDF Machine, and ensuring that contact data is kept updated to ensure that email failures are reduced within acceptable and reasonable levels
  8. Work closely with other departments in the organisation, including IS and Marketing, to achieve various project objectives
  9. Develop and maintain the CIB DDQ database (Sharepoint) working closely with IS
  10. Continually look for ways to enhance and improve processes and database administration in order to add value to the CIB team

 

Ideal Experience:

 

  1. Have solid experience in data administration and working with large volumes of data
  2. Experience working with the Sales Force and Sales Force Marketing Cloud
  3. Experience with Sharepoint.
