We Require:

Matric
At least 2-3 years working experience in a similiar environment
Previous exposure to CCTV products of at least 1-2 years
A+ N+ certification
Cisco Certification
As this is a call centre environment you will have excellent telephone etiquette and excellent English
You will live in general Sandton area and have your own transport
