Responsibilities:
• Conduct JAD sessions
• Review specs from other BA’s
• Business and data models
• Successful requirements of extraction and documentation
• Successful transfer of product requirements to system architects, project manager and test analysts
• Build good working relationships in your team
• Work closely with business and IT
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) , Interpersonal Skills and Presentation Skills

Qualifications and Experience:
• Relevant Bcom Info Tech / BBus Sc Info Sys / BSc Comp Sc
• BA certification
• SAP Certification would be advantageous
• Good understanding of the system development life cycle (SDLC)
• Worked in a multi-project environment
• Exposure to UML highly advantageous
• Understanding of databases
• Running JAD sessions
• Exposure to quality assurance programs
• A sound business/industry understanding of manufacturing services
