MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION
To support business by reporting, cleaning Master data within the scope of Company's policies and procedures.
To train and support staff in MDM and business where needed.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be required to perform various tasks inherent to the position such as:
Updating Price conditions on SAP
Maintain and create Rebate agreements
Maintain and update Transport conditions.
Maintain data accuracy and timeliness , a critical highly visible aspect of the position as it impacts supply chain and sales effectiveness, financial performance of the business, and customer perception through on-time delivery, working capital, financial reporting accuracy and product quality.
Ensure Item Master, Vendor Master and Customer Master Data are verified and cleaned and monitored monthly.
Run BEE reports on monthly basis and communicate with P2P.
Organizes and prioritizes work assignment to complete assignments/tasks on time, with quality, and has the ability to anticipate problem areas in advance. Applies creative problem approaches and ideas to solve problems for area of responsibility.
Training on SAP and give support where needed in the business and in the department
Create and maintain a repository of all information entered by MDM in SAP
PCard administration
Stannic Fleet Card Administration
Assist the Master Data Manager in maintaining strong control within the Business in accordance with company's standards and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma Business Administration will be preferable.
A minimum of 3 years experience Master Data Administration on SAP

TECHNICAL & PERSONAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Ideally experience in building or construction/manufacturing sector.
Very good Working knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of SAP ERP systems
Self motivated
Energetic
Good People skills
Solid quantitative skill set and the ability to analyze, think and communicate with well-supported data
Cross/multi-functional understanding of industry, company and products to enable identification of assumptions and events, and qualification of related risks and opportunities
