Responsibilities: • Responsible for operating systems support and project support in Payroll and Personnel Administration • Ensure the on-going operation of the live system with attention focused on calls logged for configuration as well as the solving of system errors • Support the existing and future projects in the Payroll and Personnel Administration area that must be completed – i.e. the implementation of improved Business Intelligence and Master Data Management solutions as well as the implementations of country versions for this area • Support other project areas when the integration with Payroll and Personnel Administration is a critical requirement • Ensure that the team has sufficient internal skills and outsourced support to ensure appropriate resource coverage • Support the HR Business Process Team Leader in the achievement of the HR IT roadmap which has defined a way forward for HR systems.
