Mandatory Requirements
•Appropriate and recognised formal qualifications and / or comparable experience in the configuration and build of SAP solutions.
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a SAP Document Management Functional Consultant, writing specifications for standard and custom development in master and transactional data.
Brief overview of job functions
•SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.
•Facilitating functional specification workshops, translating the blueprint into functional specifications used to build the solution.
•Drawing up test scripts, executing testing and facilitating testing of the solution with the users.
•Developing training materials and providing end-user training.
•Provide ongoing user support throughout the implementation of ‘to-be’ processes
Knowledge and Skills
•In-depth understanding of Document Management.
•In-depth understanding of Business Compliance.
•Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
•Innovative thinking and the ability to approach problems with curiosity and open mindedness, using existing information to its fullest potential.
•Desire to work in an information systems environment.
•Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
•Quick comprehension, flexibility and excellent communication skills.
•Understanding of basic Internet and client/server architectures.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
•Analytical and creative thinking.
Qualifications and Experience
•Appropriate and recognized formal qualifications and / or comparable experience in the configuration and build of SAP solutions.
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a SAP Document Management Functional Consultant writing specifications for standard and custom development in master and transactional data.
•SAP Certification is recommended.
•Understanding the Business requirements AS-IS and TO-BE document and sign off with users for Business blue print document.
•Should be open to learn new products and take additional responsibilities.
•5 years of experience with SAP DMS configuration & customizing and preferably in related modules.
