We seek SAP HCM Consultants with solid Payroll experience for contract roles available with our client based in Bahrain or Qatar. You must have a K3/K4 technical ability, with experience in at least one Full Lifecycle Implementation project and proficiency in all aspects of SAP HR Payroll is essential.

You will meet the following minimum requirements:
• Minimum of 5 - 6 years experience in business and HR functional knowledge
• SAP Certified with Payroll experience
• Tertiary Qualification
• Good communication skills
• Display thought leadership in conceptual thinking and innovation
• Results orientated and enthusiastic

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Contributing to projects by analysing business processes and designing SAP solutions
• Preparation and contribution to the process design workshops, take directions and configure the SAP system, demonstrate and gain acceptance from the customer
• Performing configuration and assisting in testing cycles
• Assisting in the technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation, and User manuals
• Assisting in SAP knowledge transfer
• Continually developing SAP core skills and business knowledge based on accumulated experience
• Leading the execution of assigned project tasks in areas of demonstrated competence
• Facilitating meetings/task groups, tracking and influencing task group progress, tracking project deliverables, etc.
• Continually reporting on progress to the Project Manager and participating as an active member of the project team

Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Bahrain or Qatar.
