Mandatory Requirements
? 1 - 2 years SAP HCM PA/Time configuration experience
? Previous Local Government experience

Responsibilities
• The main function would be to provide support and maintenance for the SAP HR PA/PY & Time Modules, in particular, to support the processing of activities required for the EPWP (Expanded Public Works Programme) bi-weekly payroll for EPWP workers on SAP across all Departments in the City.

Brief overview of job functions

Successful applicant will be required to do the following:
Provide user support, in particular, for the SAP EPWP Application
Assist with Analysis of Business Requirements
Basic Configuration of required system changes
Conduct Unit testing on the Development client, SIT (Systems Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on the QA client
Apply transports in accordance with the ESC Release Management and Transport procedure.
Document all developments, including related documentation, for example test scripts, functional specifications and detailed functional
specifications in accordance with the ESC standard procedure.

Monitoring of OSS to keep abreast of SAP changes


Knowledge and Skills
Specific Knowledge and Skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience within a SAP implementation environment.
Basic Configuration experience of PA/PY and Time
Knowledge of CATTs
Basic knowledge of MSS & ESS

Qualifications or Experience
Relevant tertiary qualification
At least 2 years’ experience in the SAP HR PA/PY Time Module in a large-scale organisation
Preferably have 1 -2 years local government experience
