Mandatory Requirements
? 4 years SAP HCM Payroll/PA configuration experience

Knowledge and Skills Specific Knowledge and Skills
? Minimum 4 years’ experience within a SAP implementation environment.
? Configuration experience of schemas and rules
? Configuration of wage types
? Experience of interface between Time Management and Payroll

Qualifications or Experience
? Relevant tertiary qualification plus SAP Certification
? At least 4 years’ experience in the SAP Payroll and PA Module in a large-scale organisation
? Preferably have 1 -2 years local government experience

Successful applicant will be required to do the following:
? Provide technical expertise on key problem areas, identify causes and recommend solutions in order to address these problem areas to meet the client's requirements.
? Configure required system changes
? Conduct Unit testing on the Development client, SIT (Systems Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on the QA client,
? Apply transports in accordance with the ESC Release Management and Transport procedure.
? Document all developments, including related documentation, for example test scripts, functional specifications and detailed functional specifications in accordance with the ESC standard procedure.
? Provide functional support and guidance to key HR Projects relating to Payroll
