This large Manufacturer is looking for a SAP Human Resources Systems Manager to be appointed to lead a stream of work, and take long-term ownership over the success of the design, implementation and long-term support of an improved solution. SAP PD, PA and OM Configuration experience essential (applicants need to have worked in all three sub-modules). Qualifications and Experience: • Extensive SAP HCM Project Experience – specifically in the Personnel Development (PD/PA) and Organisation Mgt (OM) areas; knowledge and/or experience with LSMW and HCM functionality from EHP5 is a significant advantage • Basic Project Management experience as team lead of HCM teams – specifically in the area of PD, PA, OM, where configuration and integration experience is required • Business Process Design experience across HCM modules, specifically PD, PA, OM and the integration of PD/PA, OM with Payroll, Time Mgt with other SAP solutions eg BI, CRM • Leadership, facilitation and business consulting experience • HR Integration knowledge (Knowledge of PCP/BPCS, CRM, MRS an advantage) • Ability to manage, support and direct consulting-teams • 10 yrs experience in SAP HR Projects and/or SAP HR Support
