SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) professionals at Accenture design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals and deploy SAP human resource solutions for personnel administration, compensation, careere development, performance management, payroll, recruiting and workforce deployment. They are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. The focus is on architecting a solution using SAP HCM to achieve a defined business outcome and our consultants maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration, SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment and SAP application technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
* Ownership of a particular functional area for an SAP HR implementation. The extent of that functional area will vary by project, client and individual
* Process design and application configuration for SAP HCM applications
* Work with the end users and business owners to map SAP HR standard processes to the business needs of the client
* Planning and managing effort to define to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs
* Document all gaps and work with the client and development team to determine gap resolutions
* Responsible for your functional area during Conference Room Pilot (prepare data and scripts, test the application, document and resolve gaps, etc.)
* Lead the testing effort for your functional area and coordinate changes
* Project planning, estimating, tracking and reporting
* Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%

* Candidates must have valid drivers license
* Willing to Travel based on project requirements

Responsibilities
Knowledge and Skills:
* 2 years experience in one of the following: SAP-HCM-TM-Career Management, SAP-HCM-TM-Compensation Management, SAP-HCM-TM-Employee Performance Management, SAP-HCM-TM-Enterprise Learning, SAP-HCM-TM-Knowledge Management, SAP-HCM-TM-Recruiting, SAP-HCM-TM-Succession Management, SAP-HCM-TM-Training & Event Management, SAP-HCM-WPM-Cross Application Time Sheet

(CATS), SAP-HCM-WPM-Employee Administration, SAP-HCM-WPM-Organizational Management, SAP-HCM-WPM-Payroll & Legal Reporting, SAP-HCM-WPM-Pension Administration, SAP-HCM-WPM-Time & Attendance, SAP-HCM-SS-Employee Self-Service, SAP-HCM-SS-Manager Self-Service
* Full life cycle implementation experience
