You will be responsible to provide technical HR ABAP expertise in the SAP ZA Hub Build Management Team and lead a team to deliver on International projects; ensure that procedures, guidelines & Quality Management systems are adhered to, as well as the functional stability, availability & scalability of the SAP HR ABAP environment, that is required to support all current Business areas within the company, & future business requirements for the Group are available.

Minimum Requirements:
• 4 year degree in IT or relevant experience in the SAP HR ABAP development related field
• SAP HR ABAP workbench relevant training
• Minimum 5 Years relevant SAP HRWorkbench experience exposed to all development tool applications in ABAP Developer capacity including WebDynpro, ABAP, BSP coding techniques, and familiar with Infotypes and clustered tables
• MS Office proficiency; BMW IT standards and procedures (ITPM) as well as Group Processes

Outputs:
• Interpret technical requirements and document the technical solution in conjunction with the various Solution consultants if applicable
• Ensure standards and procedures are implemented and adhered to across all different landscapes projects Performing ABAP code reviews using the required tools to perform the necessary testing
• Liaise with the Support Operations team on system copies and technical upgrades as and when required.
• Perform change management for the different landscapes.
• Roll-out of custom code management tools in the various system landscapes.
