Job Summary
The Master Data Analyst position is responsible for the hands on evaluation, reporting and management of the SAP HCM master data.

REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
2 years additional professional experience in lieu of a degree
SAP HR OM & PA experience
SAP Reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring of Data Accuracy and validity using SAP Report tools and BI
Creation of exception report to monitor data integrity
Development of Data Management Procedures
Development of Ad-hoc reports for business
Communicate with Business Units to ensure that data is corrected and validated on SAP HCM
Follow procedures to have data validations signed off and approved by business owner
