? Appropriate and recognised formal Business or Information Systems qualification.
? SAP ISU Certification
? Sound knowledge of SAP ISU Billing module and associated sub-modules of:
o creation of business master data,
o technical master data,
o payment schemes,
o scheduling master data,
o invoicing and bill printing
? Good knowledge of Billing master data eg rates, rate categories, operands, prices, schemas, rate determination
? Knowledge of billing reversal and out sorting of bills.
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP with broad SAP utilities experience and extensive experience in working directly with the business functions to collect and analyse business requirements and design solutions that deliver agreed business outcomes.
5 years of deploying and supporting ISU Experience
SAP ISU Certification
3 years of Local Government Property Rates Experience
SD and Device Management experience and knowledge will be advantageous
