MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 7 years Project Experience
SAP PPM Transactional Training experience
SAP PPM Capital Process Training experience
Relevant SAP qualification
Minimum 5 years Public Sector experience

RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB FUNCTIONS

Facilitation of key workshops alongside project managers, line managers and SAP Support
Analysis and assessment of the process status of existing items in progress
Determine and track the status of existing items in progress
Facilitate the identification of corrective actions at various levels within the organisation requiring SAP
Support and facilitate engagement sessions to resolve identified corrective actions
Collate and provide updated statuses and reporting on identified action plans and progress monitoring
Conduct risk assessments with Project and Programme Managers
Facilitate the identification of any gaps in the project implementation readiness
Good knowledge and handling of programme and portfolio management methodology and techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS OR EXPERIENCE

Experience across large organizations and multiple departments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with a determination to help meet client needs a definite requirement.
Relevant Project Management qualification with minimum of 7 years Project Management experience
Relevant SAP qualification.
