Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum of 3 year PSRM developer experience
• Minimum of 1 years OO ABAP developer experience
• Minimum of 2 Workflow experience

Brief overview of job functions:
• The SAP Consultant will be responsible for the technical customisation of SAP’s System.
• He/She should have strong ABAP OO skills, and must have had experience in PSRM.
• The consultant will also be able to customise SAP Process based workflows would be an advantage.
• The Consultant must be able to implement BADI’s provided by the SAP application when required to enhance processes.

Key Accountabilities:
• The successful candidate will be responsible for development and maintenance of ABAP development in the ECC6 environments, as priorities dictate.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Proven knowledge of the ABAP procedural and Object Oriented programming models.
• Proven knowledge of SAP PSRM application design concept and how to apply custom requirements within this design concept.

General Skills:
• In-depth understanding of SAP R/3 Architecture and UNIX Architecture
• In-depth knowledge of Transports System
• Understand and apply user requirements/technical specifications
• Analyse and design solutions to user requirements
• Develop technical specifications
• Defines standards and development approaches
• Able to do extensive Performance Optimisation and program tuning
• Assist and mentor less experience staff
• Develop ABAP programs according to documented coding standards
• Work according to ISO9001:2000 documented procedures
• Extensive SQL Coding experience
• Develop in ABAP and understanding of JAVA
• Extensive use ABAP Development Workbench
• Extensive use of Data Dictionary
• Create Search helps
• Understanding of Object Orientated programming

Qualifications or Experience
• Appropriate and recognised formal IT training/experience
• Minimum 10 years relevant SAP experience
• SAP Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with a determination to help meet client needs are a definite requirement.
• Beneficial. Appropriate and recognised formal Business or Information Systems qualification.
