We are looking for a SAP SCM Consultant to join a company based in Johannesburg. Candidates must have a Tertiary Qualification in procurement or a Supply Chain Qualification

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Annual supplier Tenders
• Management of Supplier contracts
• People Management and Budget control
• Procurement strategy definition
• Monthly reporting
• Monitor Stock levels and evaluate stock development taking on corrective action
• Develop and manage commodity management strategies
• Monitor and manage vendor performance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Tertiary Qualification
• SAP SCM Certification or comparable 5 years in procurement
• International Procurement
• Minimum 5 years in procurement management
• SAP MRP and understanding
• Six Sigma background e.g. green belt would be advantageous
