Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience developing training material for a SAP solution.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience training users on a SAP solution.
• Experience in working with SAP roles and authorisations for user profiling.

Brief overview of job functions
Driving the full end-to-end training initiative for a SAP solution implementation. Assessing users to determine the appropriate training approach and subsequent initiatives and furthermore, developing the necessary training documentation and delivering training to the users.

Key responsibilities
Trainer’s Key Responsibilities:
• Produce a well-defined structured training approach and methodology for training requirements, based on an assessment of the user relevant to the SAP Solution being implemented.
• Implement the defined training strategy and approach.
• Develop training material according to identified needs and requirements.
• Conduct training sessions and train the users as per the defined method: eLearning, classroom training, one-on-one training, knowledge articles etc.

• Knowledge of the following project methodologies:
- ASAP (Accelerated SAP project methodology)
- SAP Agile
- PRINCE 2
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
• Highly organized and responsible in nature.
• Ability to train people adequately.
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment.

Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience developing training material for a SAP solution.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience training users on a SAP solution.
• Experience in working with SAP roles and authorisations for user profiling.
• Local Government experience will be beneficial.
• Experience using SPP will be beneficial.
